The FitBar Grip Wheel is a rotating pull up bar with left and right grips elements that are independent of each other. Each triangular element rotates about a common shaft, and included three soft foam grips which rotate about a nylon bushing. It builds upper body strength and core strength while you keep your body stabilized while rotating the grips. Overhand grip and underhand grip can be used, so it is an excellent dynamic rotating upper body workout. This is an excellent training tool for obstacle course racers, ninjas training for obstacle courses, or any fitness enthusiast interested in building upper body and chest strength.
