HYDRANGEA PAN. `VANILLA STRAWBERRY` PP20,670 The cheerful color of this Hydrangea's flower display will astound you! Billowing pyramidal towers of fluffy, vanilla-white blooms emerge in late July and, as they age, they tint strawberry-pink and, finally, to strawberry-red making this long lasting floral display look good enough to eat. Since flowers on this selection emerge throughout the months of July and August, there are a cacophony of flower colors present at any one time on the plant, making it a fall treat that is as colorful as it is unique. Vanilla Strawberry™ has a strong, upright habit that opens up to a more fountain-like shape once all its massive blooms are open and flowers are carried on showy red stems that add to the distinctness of this plant. Like all Panicle Hydrangeas, Vanilla Strawberry™ prefers a place in the sun, but it will perform well in partial shade as a specimen or a brilliant hedge.

• Plant is delivered direct from our nursery in a 3-gallon trade pot. It is fully rooted in the soil and can be planted immediately upon arrival, weather permitting. We advise not to plant during frigid winter months or under drought conditions. Planting and how-to-care instructions will arrive with shipment
• For best results, plant in USDA Zones 4-8. Mature height is 6-7ft, mature spread is 4-5ft
• White, cone-shaped flowers bloom in July before undergoing a striking transformation to pink, then strawberry Red by fall
• Grows well in full sun or partial shade
• Plant will be dormant (no leaves) late Fall through the Winter months, this is normal. It will leaf out in Spring
